When an authorized RE agent provides a 1st time home buyer for the TV show:
As an authorized "exclusive area" Real estate agent you personally submit your clients application to be on the TV show.
Clients of existing RE agents have priority acceptance to be on the TV show.
Successful Completion Status: Is when the actual Sale closes AND the actual TV interview is taped AND the finalized TV segment
is produced and ready for broadcast.
If a sale is not completed, then the guest acceptance process is cancelled and NO compensation is required from our sponsors
or our RE agents.
Upon Successful Completion Status is when the Real estate agent pays 8% of his commission to Dream Catchers for the copyright to:
Receive, Use and keep the video production to use in any/all your existing marketing.
Upon payment; you will receive the finished HD broadcast quality TV video segment for download.
You will be able to share/use the segment before it actually broadcasts across the nation on our Tv program.
Simply; if YOU provide the accepted guest for the TV show: We get paid 8% of your commission.
Ex: If $350,000 Sale pays you $10,500 in commission. Then you pay us $840
You will become the "Go To" realtor in your area for 1st time home buyers!
Based on the going rate for any video production with-OUT nationwide broadcast and customized with your contact info & personalized client testimonial: We know 8% is a bargain for ALL that we offer... as we DO provide a nationwide broadcast.
You will dominate the 1ts time home buyers market; because- The TV show IS is an added value and perk that will attract & keep these
emotional, "happy to capture the moment" prospects-
You are offering them something that no other realtor in your area can provide.

Dream Catchers is not a "lead" generating based model in the traditional sense. We are a "Client" generating model.
Whereas a lead is only "potential" revenue; yet you pay traditional lead companies for that lead... regardless if it ends up paying.
We are not traditional. We prefer 0 risk to the agent.
Our "Client" based model allows you to only pay when the lead actually closes and you have received revenue.
THEN, and only then do you pay 18% of your commission to us for:

The Client
The TV Media package.
The ongoing advertising in your area with YOUR clients "story" on TV promoting YOU as their realtor.
Simply; if WE provide the eventual "Client", We get paid 18% of your commission.

IF you provide your existing client to Dream Catcher to be featured on the TV program
then you only pay 8%.
Not all 1st time buyers who apply to be accepted on the TV program will be approved,
but EVERY client whom a Dream Catcher authorized agent nominates for the show
will have 1st priority for consideration.
Based on the going rate for a Pre-qualified lead in real estate, We know 18% is a bargain for ALL that we offer.

emotional, happy to capture the moment clients.
